Medical Emergency Fund Page for Fay & Ray

Fay, only 10-months-old, has already faced unimaginable challenges. The young mom arrived in a state of fear and distress, accompanied by her two-day-old kitten, Ray. She was brought in desperate need of veterinary care, having struggled to deliver the rest of her kittens.

Unfortunately, Fay suffered a prolapsed uterus, and despite efforts to birth her kittens, she was unable to do so. Upon arrival, staff rushed her to a veterinary clinic where it was discovered that she was on the brink of sepsis. Fay underwent an emergency c-section to remove the babies who sadly did not make it. While Fay was under medical care, her surviving kitten, Ray was sent to a foster home, where he was bottle-fed every two hours.

Despite her painful ordeal, Fay has shown immense strength and love for her surviving kitten. Once she had sufficiently recovered from surgery, Fay and Ray were reunited in foster care, where they have remained inseparable ever since. Will you share your love with Fay and Ray, helping them navigate through this challenging time and towards a brighter future?

Personal updates for Fay & Ray will be provided to anyone who donates to their care.

*Goal includes: Emergency caesarean, bloodwork, IV fluids, medications, spay/neuter surgeries and daily care for Fay & Ray until they are ready for adoption. If their medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in their name, additional funds will provide care for other animals
