Medical Emergency Fund Page for Gio

A terrifying fall from a balcony left Gio with a severe injury.

Fortunately, a compassionate animal lover spotted Gio and rushed him in for care. He was immediately taken to the emergency vet, where his medical team carefully looked him over. The young feline needed IV fluids and pain medication without delay. X-rays revealed Gio is suffering from a fractured pelvis. He stayed at the clinic for round the clock care for the following days. Once he was ready to leave the vet, Gio was placed in a foster home and put on strict cage rest.

Gio is such a sweet gentle boy. While he may be initially shy, he quickly warms up, purring and basking in all the attention. One of the most endearing traits about him is his love for being spoon-fed. Will you help this loving boy on his healing journey?

Personal updates for Gio will be provided to anyone who donates to his campaign.

*Goal includes: Emergency vet care, fluids, medications, x-rays, and daily care for Gio until he’s ready for adoption. If his medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in his name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
