4-month-old Duckee was discovered limping along a road with bloody paws. This wee stray kitten is suffering from shocking wounds.

Fortunately, her kind rescuer scooped her up and rushed her to the local veterinary hospital. X-rays showed that Duckee had a fractured femur beyond repair, as well as bb gun pellets embedded in her body and raw, bleeding paw pads. The poor little thing needed her leg removed, the pellets carefully extracted, and her paw wounds treated. 

Despite her challenging start in life, Duckee is an absolute sweetheart. She adores people and cherishes every bit of attention she receives. Will you show your kindness to this kitten today? 

Personal updates for Duckee will be provided to anyone who donates towards her care.

*Goal includes: Leg amputation surgery, extraction of bb gun pellets, paw wound care, medications, spay surgery, and daily care for Duckee until she is ready for adoption. If her medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in her name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
