Medical Emergency Fund Page for Posh

Poor little Posh was found wandering stray in Northern B.C. in dire need of assistance. Luckily, a kind rescuer found her and brought her to us for immediate care.

The Chihuahua Terrier mix was taken to the vet for a thorough examination. Her medical team discovered that Posh had several teeth missing and would require the removal of a few more to ensure a pain-free life. Additionally, they found concerning mammary tumours which they took a biopsy of. Posh will need two surgeries to have them all removed, as we don’t want to keep her under anesthesia for an extended period.

Posh is a little ray of sunshine and loves making new friends with both people and animals. She is incredibly polite and affectionate, and even the cats in her foster home have grown fond of her. While getting ready for her surgeries, this sweet girl has been enjoying hikes to stay active and healthy. Will you help this adorable girl heal so she can start living her best life?

Personal updates for Posh will be provided to anyone who donates to her campaign.

*Goal includes: Oral surgery, biopsy, mass removal surgery, spay surgery and daily care for Posh until she’s ready for adoption. If her medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in her name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
