Aria sustained two large, deep wounds on the top and bottom of her paw while roaming outdoors. The cause of her injury remains unknown, but it was clear that the poor lady required immediate medical attention.

Once in our care she was immediately taken to the vet where her medical team got to work right away. The vet determined that her wounds required extensive medical attention, including daily wound care, medication, and bandage changes. She needs to stay at the clinic for careful monitoring until the risk of infection passes.

Despite her painful injury, Aria’s affectionate personality shines through. Whenever someone approaches her, she eagerly hops over to receive attention and love. Once touch, she melts into a blissful state, flopping on her side to soak up every bit of affection she can. We can’t wait until this beautiful tortoiseshell kitty is healed and feeling her best.

Personal updates for Aria will be provided to anyone who donates to her campaign.

*Goal includes: daily medications and bandage changes, 24 hour emergency care, spay, and daily care for Aria until she’s ready for adoption. If her medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in her name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
