Medical Emergency Fund Page for Honey

One-year-old Honey has been on a long road of recovery. When she was just a pup she was hit by a car and suffered severe damage to her legs. One was in such a bad way that it sadly had to be amputated.

As she was recovering from her surgery and adapting to being a tripod it became clear that her back hips had also been impacted by the car incident. Honey was not out of the dark just yet and vets initially thought she would require another extensive surgery to fix her hind legs as well. Thankfully she has been put on to a physiotherapy plan which is proving to be a huge success. It looks like Honey will now need a couple of months of physio to build up her muscle strength, but she should be able to avoid another surgery. Our team are currently working with a specialist vet on the best course of action to help Honey stay on her three legs - we're hopeful!

Honey has a real zest for life! Considering all she has gone through in her short one year, this sweet little lady has the energy of a laser beam with the equipment of a tricycle. She loves her walks, playing with toys, and learning new tricks and skills.

So far we know she will require physiotherapy twice a week for the next two months, plus routine checkups with her vet to make sure she is reaching a comfortable level of movement. There is light at the end of the tunnel for this pup but she needs your love to get her there! Will you help this little tripod to get back to being a puppy again by contributing to her surgery and treatments?

Personal updates for Honey will be provided to anyone who donates to her campaign.

*Goal includes: surgery, medication, treatment, regular health check, and daily care for Honey until she's ready for adoption. If her medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in her name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
