Medical Emergency Fund Page for Kai

This goofy girl was found as a stray by an animal lover. She was bought in to be cared for and we're thankful she found her way to the BC SPCA when she did!

Kai was very over weight and had lameness in her hind leg as well as very stiff hips. We sent her off for radiographs on her hips and knees to check things out and found she'd torn her ACL in her knee. Poor Kai was going to need surgery to fix her up. She was booked in for specialized surgery and blood work.

This sweet girl has the goofiest smile! She can be really timid when she is meeting new people  but once she relaxes she's a complete charmer. A giant love-bug who just needs to be in a safe environment where she can trust her people to feel her best.

Once she's completed her checks post surgery. we can't wait to find her the loving fur-ever family she deserves.

Personal updates for Kai will be provided to anyone who donates to her campaign.

*Goal includes: surgery, medication, treatment, regular health check, and daily care for Kai until she's ready for adoption. If her medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in her name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
