Medical Emergency Fund Page for Lily and Daisy

These doggie sisters recently lost their human family which was heartbreaking. After the passing of one of their owners, their other parent was forced to move and couldn't find pet-friendly housing. Sadly the only option was to reluctantly give up Lily and Daisy. Thankfully they found their way to the BC SPCA where we're working to get them the medical care they need.

Little Lily and Daisy, both Bichon Frise / Papillon mixes, have been suffering in pain while eating and each require extensive oral surgery. It was clear when they arrived something wasn't right as they were struggling to eat any hard food and had particularly bad smelling breath. It's likely they'll need a number of teeth removed to help them to enjoy their food free from pain in their years to come.

Lily and Daisy are very sweet girls who have always been together. At first, they were a little shy, but once they know and trust you, they are so loving and goofy. Daisy is the braver of the two, she loves people and will jump up on your lap and curl up like she owns it. She gets super excited when you even mention the word "walk"! She will paw at the air in excitement until you take her. Lily makes you work for her love, she takes a little patience and extra care before she warms up. Once she does, she will greet you with full body wags and tends to be rather talkative with little growls to tell you about her day.

These girls are very loyal to their person once they get to know you, in foster they've been sleeping on the pillows above their foster's head and snore away! They will both follow you around like your shadow because they always want to be with you. We've excited to find this bonded pair the loving home they deserve once they are feeling back to 100%.

Personal updates for Lily and Daisy will be provided to anyone who donates to their campaign.

*Goal includes: surgery, medication, treatment, regular health check, and daily care for these girls until they're ready for adoption. If their medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in their name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
