Medical Emergency Fund Page for Humphrietta in Kelowna

Humphrietta's story is a heartbreaking one. This little Lionhead rabbit was left at our front doors with a note saying how much her previous owners loved her, but they could no longer take care of her.

Her adorable name came about because she was thought to be a "he" for many years and was known as Humphrey! While her family loved her very much, her aging health conditions meant they were struggling to give her what she needed. Thankfully they knew where to come.

She arrived with severe diarrhea and wasn't eating properly. We'll need to take her through a number of tests to find out exactly what's up with this old girl, before giving her the treatment she needs. We're already seeing an improvement with a change in her diet, some patience and love.

This little bundle of joy is a real people's person. She is super social and craves attention from whoever's around her. When you sit with her she will lovingly jump into your hand and demand to be pet! Once we get her back to full health, we'll be on the look out for her "fur"ever home.

Humphrietta needs your love today. Please donate towards her treatment so this beautiful rabbit can live out the rest of her life in blissful peace.

Personal updates for Humphrietta will be provided to anyone who donates to her campaign.

*Goal includes: surgery, medication, treatment, regular health check, and daily care for Humphrietta until she’s ready for adoption. If her medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in her name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
