Medical Emergency Fund Page for Miller
Miller was roaming outside when he was sadly hit by a car! He suffered many injuries including a broken tibia in one back leg and a severe femoral dislocation in his other back leg. He was brought to a vet where he was surrendered due to his high surgery costs, so the branch stepped in to save him.
Miller requires surgeries on both of his back legs and his tibia will need to be pinned. In his current state, he is unable to stand on his own so branch staff has to hold him up while he uses his litter box. He hasn’t let his pain get him down as he purrs like crazy every time someone touches him! He even makes happy paws with his two front polydactyl paws! (which means Miller has extra toes!)
This seven-month-old boy will be on careful recovery and rest for about six to eight weeks after his surgeries. Once he’s healing well, he will go in for additional physiotherapy to help strengthen his muscles. Miller is so tolerant of his injuries and just wants love. He’s sweet and affectionate to everyone who helps him.
This sweet guy needs your help to get better so he can find a family to give all his love to! Will you help him?
Personal updates for Miller will be provided to anyone who donates to his campaign.
*Goal includes: medication, treatment, regular health check, and daily care for Miller until he’s ready for adoption. If his medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in his name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
