Medical Emergency Fund Page for Clover

Clover is a young cat who arrived into care when she was spotted limping around a neighborhood by a kind animal lover. They were able to gently scoop her up so she could get the care she needs. It’s a good thing they did because Clover had many issues she was dealing with.

Clover was underweight, dehydrated, and appeared to have a broken or dislocated bone in her leg hind leg. This poor cat is also completely missing a paw! She suffered some traumatic injury to her leg and has been doing her best to walk on the painful damaged leg.

Clover was rushed to the emergency vet an hour away where they discovered her leg had bone spurs, which means portions of her leg were broken and the bones had fused back together as she grew. The bottom of the leg where her paw once was is painfully open and infected from her continually trying to walk on it.

Poor ten-month-old Clover has suffered more than she should. She is scheduled to have her leg amputated, which will give her the relief she has been needing when her pain is gone. She is a shy, sweet girl who is so resilient after everything she has been through. She may be a tiny kitty, but she has already shown branch staff what a big heart she has.

Clover will go in for her spay surgery as well as her vaccinations before she is able to find a new loving furever family in about four weeks’ time.

Will you help this sweet girl by donating to her care?

Personal updates for Clover will be provided to anyone who donates to her campaign.

*Goal includes: surgery, medication, treatment, regular health check, and daily care for Clover until she’s ready for adoption. If her medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in her name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
