Medical Emergency Fund Page for Orion

Young puppy Orion arrived with many injuries to his little body. He was in a vehicle that got in an accident, breaking his right hind leg and fracturing his pelvis. Orion was surrendered so he could get the urgent costly medical care he needs.

Orion was rushed to the vet where x-rays showed that the break in his leg is so severe that it sadly cannot be repaired. The only option for him to live a pain-free life is to have the leg amputated. He will be on careful cage rest and pain medication while he heals.

Orion is the sweetest little guy. He loves to cuddle on laps, play tug of war with shoes, pants, and anything else in your hands! He is so full of love and sometimes has a difficult time containing his enthusiasm for life!

This young pup is so deserving of knowing life without pain. He will be in care for about eight weeks after his surgery before he is able to go up for adoption to find his new furever home! Orion will be posted on the adoption site when he’s healthy and ready to go.

Will you help Orion by donating to his medical care?

Personal updates for Orion will be provided to anyone who donates to his campaign.

*Goal includes: surgery, medication, treatment, regular health check, and daily care for Orion until he’s ready for adoption. If his medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in his name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
