Medical Emergency Fund Page for Bear

Bear is a young cat whose leg is broken in numerous places after he got kicked by a horse! He was surrendered so he can get the urgent care he needs. Bear was rushed to the vet and x-rays showed that the break is sadly so extreme that he will require a leg amputation.

On top of his broken leg, Bear also has internal parasites and ear mites that require daily treatments. The ear mites make him itchy so he’s starting to feel relief with cleanings and medication. This adorable guy will require his neuter surgery, vaccinations, and additional physiotherapy to help strengthen his muscles up after his surgery.

Bear is a perfect name for this big black cat, as he’s exactly like a Teddy Bear! He’s very friendly, loves snuggles, and wants nothing more than to curl up in your lap to snooze the day away!

Bear needs about four weeks of recovery after his surgeries before he will be able to find his new furever home. Will you help him by donating to his medical care?

Personal updates for Bear will be provided to anyone who donates to his campaign.

*Goal includes: surgery, medication, treatment, regular health check, and daily care for Bear until he’s ready for adoption. If his medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in his name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
