Medical Emergency Fund Page for Tibby
Tibby is lucky to be alive! This six-year-old cat was spotted by a kind animal lover roaming around, and it was obvious she was not in good shape. After trying to catch her for two weeks, they were finally able to gain Tibby’s trust to get close enough so she could be scooped up and brought in for help.
Thank goodness they did, because her vet said she would not have survived another 24 hours without treatment! She was severely dehydrated, underweight, and weak with pale gums. She also has signs of early kidney disease, a urinary tract infection, and anemia!! Poor Tibby!
Staff worked quickly to stabilize her and get her on medications to help with her issues. She is on a special weight gain diet to help her get back up to where she should be. Now that Tibby is starting to feel better, she’s the absolute sweetest cat!
She’s becoming more playful every day and loves to adventure around. She has no shortage of love to give out to anyone who crosses her path. Tibby will make a lovely companion for a lucky family!
Will you help Tibby by donating to her care?
Personal updates for Tibby will be provided to anyone who donates to her campaign.
*Goal includes: medication, treatment, regular health check, and daily care for Tibby until she's ready for adoption. If her medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in her name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
