Medical Emergency Fund for Mushu

One look into Mushu’s big, soulful eyes, and you can see just how much love he has to give. Found alone with no one to care for him, Mushu’s past is a mystery. What we do know is that he’s needed a lot of special care to get back on his paws.

When he first arrived, he was losing patches of fur and had to be placed in quarantine for testing. Thankfully, his results came back negative for ringworm, and his vets believe his hair loss is due to sensitive skin. But as he prepared for his neuter, his medical team discovered something even more concerning—a damaged canine tooth at high risk of fracture and infection. Mushu needed urgent oral surgery, but during the procedure, his vets found yet another issue: a hidden tooth growing sideways beneath his gums. Now, he’s recovering with pain medication and antibiotics, but he’ll need another oral surgery to help him live pain-free.

Through it all, Mushu remains the sweetest, most loving boy. He’s endlessly affectionate, always wagging his tail, and full of joy—especially when he’s chasing after treats or toys. Mushu has a bright future ahead, but right now, he needs your help to get there. Will you give Mushu the love he needs to heal?
