When little Queenie’s loving guardian passed away, the 6-year-old Maltese suddenly found herself without the comfort and security of the only family she had ever known. Now in our care, this sweet girl is ready for a fresh start—but she needs urgent medical care to feel her best.

Queenie recently underwent oral surgery to remove three painful teeth and thick plaque buildup. Now recovering in the comfort of a foster home, she still needs spay surgery to ensure a happy, healthy life for years to come.

Despite all the change in her life, Queenie is proving just how resilient she is. She’s a true cuddle bug—she loves being picked up and snuggled close, often tucking herself into the crook of your neck for comfort, especially at bedtime.
