Poor Celeste has been through a lot. This sweet Boston terrier mix was found wandering alone, her eyes painfully swollen from a condition known as cherry eye.

The inflammation is not only causing discomfort but also affecting her vision. The one-year-old pup requires surgery on both eyes, as well as a spay surgery. Celeste is an amazing little ball of energy who brightens every room she enters. She adores every person she meets, zipping around the staff room to say hi and eagerly climbing into laps to give all the kisses. It’s impossible not to smile when she’s around.

Celeste is a total cuddle bug who can’t wait to live her best life and to finally be able to see clearly again. After she heals from surgery, she’ll be ready for adoption.
