At just 4-months-old, poor King suffered a fractured shoulder. Healing from such a painful injury requires surgery with a specialist, followed by weeks of cage rest in a soft cast. King will need close monitoring to ensure he heals properly. Pain medication is also essential to keep him comfortable leading up to his surgery and during his recovery.

King is unbelievably resilient! Even with his injured shoulder, he tries to make biscuits and play, batting his toys around with determination, though he struggles with his balance. He craves love and attention, meowing for companionship every time someone walks by.
