Medical Emergency Fund for Phoebe
This little stray Boston Terrier has been through so much, and she needs your love today to heal.
Phoebe had been lingering around her kind rescuer’s property for weeks. It was clear that she had recently given birth, but despite searching, no puppies were ever found. A few weeks later, when Phoebe was no longer lactating, her compassionate rescuer was able to scoop her up and bring her to safety. Suffering from painful allergies upon arrival, Phoebe was in rough shape. The skin behind her ears was raw and bleeding from constant scratching, and she couldn’t stop shaking her head. She now needs medication to soothe her ears and manage her allergies. On top of that, she has a broken tooth that needs to be removed so she can live a pain-free life. On the same day as her oral surgery, Phoebe will be spayed.
Even though she arrived in so much pain, she’s remained incredibly gentle with the staff. She willingly offers her paws to be cleaned and patiently sits for her daily medications. Most of her days are spent resting in the reception area of the shelter while recovering, winning over the hearts of everyone she meets.
