One look into Rambo’s cloudy eye, protruding out of the socket, and it’s clear he needs help.

This 10-year-old distinguished gentleman came into care with chronic glaucoma that has left him blind in one eye. His condition has become so severe that he can no longer close his eyelid, and the eye must be removed so he can have the comfortable retirement he deserves. Rambo is also living with advanced dental disease and need surgery to remove two painful teeth, along with a thorough cleaning of the rest.

Rambo remains incredibly affectionate, despite everything he’s experienced lately. He leans into every head scratch, seeks out gentle companionship, and spends days curled up in the cozy bed he brought from his previous home.
