Medical Emergency Fund for Lacey

This sweet miniature schnauzer mix has been through so much. Lacey needs gentle care and medical attention to heal.

She arrived suffering from two large bladder stones and needed urgent surgery to remove the stones, along with a spay at the same time. A painful and delicate condition at the end of her digestive tract (a result of the stones) required additional emergency veterinary care. Now on antibiotics, pain medication, and a special diet, Lacey is finally starting to feel more like herself. On top of everything, her teeth also need attention, and she has one more surgery ahead to ensure she can live a comfortable life.

Even through extreme discomfort, Lacey has never lashed out and remains incredibly patient with her caregivers. True to her breed, Lacey is bright, attentive, and happiest in the company of her friends. All this loving girl wants is to be close to her people.
