When Belle was brought to us after being hit by a car, she was in desperate need of medical attention. Along with her broken pelvis, she has a painful, infected wound that requires special attention. Belle needs regular bandage changes, antibiotics, pain medication, and plenty of rest to help her body mend. Her medical team is hopeful her pelvis will heal without surgery. On top of all this, Belle arrived underweight for her age. She’s now on a careful refeeding plan to help her safely gain much needed weight.
