Kermit and Miss Piggy arrived in our care in need of surgeries and special care. But through all the uncertainty, pain, and fear, they’ve held onto the one constant they could count on—each other.

Miss Piggy came to us with a concerning growth in her ear. After careful testing, her veterinary team decided the kindest option was to remove the ear. She also needs dental surgery to ease the pain of damaged teeth. Through it all, she remains endlessly affectionate, always ready for a cuddle, always purring. The love of her life, Kermit, will need a dental procedure as well to help him live comfortably and free from pain. Kermit is a gentle soul with a quiet charm. He took some time learning to trust in the shelter environment, but the one thing that gives him peace is being close to Miss Piggy.
