Medical Emergency Fund for Molly

Molly is a goofy girl with lots of love to share! When she first arrived she had a limp in her front paw and concerning lumps and scabs on her back legs. After multiple trips to the vet to explore what was going on and close monitoring, Molly was given a plan for daily Epsom salt soaks for her paw, cream treatment for her lumps and medication to ease her pain and inflammation.

While Molly struggles around other dogs, she is a quiet angel with people. She allowed the team to soak her foot every day for two weeks while she happily enjoyed her lick mat. She is the sweetest and nudges you with her muzzle when she wants more pets. Sadly the daily soaks showed no improvement to her suspected paw pad issues, so it was back to the vet once again. This time, they discovered Molly has minor arthritic changes to her right foot which will need monitoring over time. Given her lumps weren’t improving either, they suggested removing them while she is in surgery for her spay procedure. Once she’s recovered from her surgery sweet Molly will be ready to find her forever home!

This happy-go-lucky girl has some spunk to her. She’s quick to sit on command but if you’re slow with her treat reward, she’ll flick her muzzle up towards you in protest. Despite her size she curls up in the smallest ball on her bed, cuddling close to her favourite stuffy. She doesn’t take bed-making lightly either, digging her blanket to form the perfect sleep spot where she can plop down satisfied with her hard work.
