Medical Emergency Fund for Clover
Clover was severely emaciated, dehydrated and hypothermic when he was brought into care by a kind rescuer.
This poor boy was in a bad state. The weakness in Clover’s hind legs indicated something else was wrong too. His dedicated medical team examined further and x-rays showed Clover had a pelvic fracture. On top of this, bloodwork discovered he had hemitropic mycoplasma. An infection damaging his red blood cells leading his immune system to attack itself. He was prescribed four weeks of antibiotics to treat it.
He’s also been on strict crate rest to help his body and pelvis heal. On top of everything he’s been through already, Clover also endured a painful fractured tooth, making eating uncomfortable and causing soreness in his mouth. He’s required oral surgery to ease his pain.
Despite his medical challenges, Clover is genuinely one of the most easy-going and loving cat there is! He cannot get enough of cuddles from his caring foster and seeks out anyone who will offers him love and affection. Including his foster family’s dog and cat!
Could you share your kindness to help Clover receive all the special care he deserves to feel his best?
