Medical Emergency Fund for Truffles

This young miniature schnauzer needs surgery on her leg so she can run pain-free.

At just 18-months-old, Truffles came through BC SPCA doors suffering from luxating patella, a condition where her knee cap slips out of place. She needs surgical correction to restore mobility. With surgery, medication, and careful recovery, Truffles has the chance to live a happy, comfortable life.

Truffles finds her kennel scary and overwhelming and would rather be near people, laying outside in the grass. Thankfully, she’s been able to spend her days in the office with staff where she happily curls up peacefully in her bed.

Will you help this sweet girl receive the surgery and care she needs to show her that her best days are still ahead?

Personal updates for Truffles will be provided to anyone who donates to her care.

*Goal includes: Surgery, medications, and daily care for Truffles until she is ready for adoption. If the funds raised goes beyond the needs of this animal, your kindness will carry forward to help the next animal in urgent need of life-saving medical care.
