Medical Emergency Fund for Nora

Nora limped through animal centre doors, unable to bear any weight on her hind leg.

This sweet three-month-old pup had suffered a broken tibia and urgently needed medical attention. Nora was rushed to the vet, where her leg was carefully wrapped up and she was given medication to manage her pain. Her dedicated medical team determined she needs surgery to repair the leg to give her the best chance at a comfortable life. Now in a foster home, Nora is enjoying the special attention and extra meals her vet recommended to help her gain weight.

Nora’s little tail is always wagging. If it weren’t for the purple cast on her leg, you’d never know the happy-go-lucky pup was injured. She craves closeness and is happiest when pressed right up against someone. Even during bandage changes, she is calm and trusting, always eager to be near her people.

If you’re able, please share your kindness with Nora today to help her heal and recover!

Personal updates for Nora will be provided to anyone who donates to her care.

*Goal includes: Tibia repair surgery, medications, spay surgery and daily care for Nora until she is ready for adoption. If the funds raised goes beyond the needs of this loving dog, your kindness will carry forward to help the next animal in urgent need of life-saving medical care.
