Medical Emergency Fund for Daisy

Severely matted with teeth falling out of her mouth. That’s how this poor girl arrived.

Daisy was found wandering stray, in urgent need of care. The first step for this 12-year-old sweetheart was a full body shave to remove the painful mats that were constantly pulling at her skin, as well as a nail trim. Her infected mouth required antibiotics, and she needs pain control, flea treatment, and medication for her skin. An oral surgery was needed to remove many of her teeth and relieve her pain.

Despite all she’s been through, Daisy is a very sweet and full of love. She loves being nice and snuggly and warm. Staff often find her on a comfy bed, wrapped in a soft blanket, and in front of the heater. She loves her walks and will happily sniff around the grass and explore.
