Medical Emergency Fund for Norma

This gentle girl was found struggling to survive on her own. When her kind rescuer finally brought her to safety, Norma was painfully thin and bearing the marks of harsh winters spent outdoors.

Norma arrived emaciated and desperate for food. To help her body safely recover, she was placed on a careful refeeding plan of small, frequent meals. She had suffered severe frostbite to both ears, leaving them damaged and one infected. On top of this, Norma was living with painful dental disease including an abscessed tooth. She needed an urgent surgery, where three teeth were removed and the infected tips of her frostbitten ears were carefully treated. She’s now healing from surgery with the help of antibiotics and pain medication.

Despite the pain and hardship she endured, Norma greets every visitor with joy, rushing to her kennel door with affection. While she’s a little sensitive around her ears, she soaks up love everywhere else, leaning in, purring, and reminding everyone just how grateful she is to finally be safe. This loving girl has been through so much, but with your caring heart, Norma will feel comfort and loving care this holiday season.

Personal updates for  Norma will be provided to anyone who donates to her care.

*Goal includes: Oral surgery, ear repair, medications, and daily care for Norma until she is ready for adoption. If the funds raised goes beyond the needs of this loving feline, your kindness will carry forward to help the next animal in urgent need of life-saving medical care.
